Training participants learn so
much more when they’re
engaged, stimulated and
enjoying themselves.

Training approach

Most of the dementia training courses we run are bespoke – created to address the specific needs of commissioning organisations.

We use a variety of teaching and learning methods to suit different learning styles and we are experienced in making our training accessible to people with varying learning abilities.

Our training is practical and realistic, relating directly to the day-to-day roles of participants, focusing on what they can put into practice given the time and resources available. It is underpinned by current national themes and priorities and aligned to the Dementia Core Skills Education and Training Framework.
